Hello guys,

This one is gonna be short, but I would like to introduce you to the expected girl, expected sister : LISON

She came the same day as me on May the 6th. We both are on the same page already....

Come and go see her new blog at :

http://lisonmadeindomessin.over-blog.com/

For now ,let me tell you I was proud to see her and she was in love with me already. She could see she would soon play with me.

My friend Charlotte already had a big sister : Drew...

...and now she also has a cute little sister called Emma!

I'm sure she'll tell explain to me how to deal with a little sis'!
March : you think it means spring, flowers and little birds singing??? You're totally wrong!
Let me tell you what happened for me this march!
I went for vacation (again, I know! You're jealous?) with my other grandparents in Jura mountains.
At the beginning of the week, it was very mild and the snow was melting very quickly. We managed to find just enough snow to go sledding but we had to be careful not to bump on rocks!

Then, a big snow storm arrived for Easter ! We couldn't believe it!

Look at our chalet and all the snow on it!

My grandpa was supposed to drive us to the train station so that we could go home, but we weren't able to! In spite of the work of the big snowplows, the roads were blocked!
So we stayed a couple more days.
Thanks to this unexpected situation, I experienced skiing fo the first time and I have to say I kept my balance pretty well!

With Lucy, we decided to do a snowchicken to celebrate Easter!

After that, we went home for a hot drink to warm up our frozen fingers!!

Then, I helped my Grandpa light the fire. I asked him to put pine cones in it and I was very proud beacuse he told me this was a good idea!

In the evening, my Grandma was reading me a lot of stories. I loved it and I could let it last for hours!!

Let's forget about the snow for now, I have to tell you about a great event that takes place in Dunkerque, in north of France, where my Mum's family comes from.
For "Mardi Gras", everybody is dressed with funny costumes and goes for a huge parade in the streets.

All the family tribe is ready to go to the parade :

With my monkey outfit and my funny umbrella, I was also ready to go and live this experience!

Let's go in the crowd and enjoy the music and the party!

Look at my uncle Pierre's weird hair!

And here, do you recognize who's holding me?

Can you find my aunt Lucie among the giants? ( I give you a tip : I 've lent my umbrella to her...)

After a while, our feet were sore, so we stopped at Mimi's house. She was doing "Chapelle" which means that she was welcoming us to have a drink and rest for a while.

Odile and Vero : the flower and feather duo !

Ben and Arno : the black guys duo!

After that, we went to the shore to scare the gulls!

I finished the day with a good traditional onion soup topped with a lot of shredded cheese and I was so exhausted that I went to bed like a good little monkey not jumping on his bed!
